1. Report Duties and Procedure
If you have traveled to COVID-19-infected regions and develop a fever or respiratory symptoms (cough, shortening of breath, etc.), you must go to state-designated medical facilities or call the KCDC call center (1339), Dasan Seoul Call Center (Area code+120), or local community health center immediately, and report it to SNU (Health Service Center 02-880-5340, Emergency Response Team 02-880-5342). |
□ Report Criteria
Confirmed Patients | Those who have been confirmed to be infected with COVID-19 through the diagnostic test (regardless of whether to have symptoms or not) | Call 1339 or local community health center, and report to SNU Health Service Center | |
Suspected Patients | Those who have visited China (including Hong Kong and Macau) in the past 14 days | AND experience a fever (37.5℃) or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties, etc.) | |
Those who have been in contact with a confirmed patient in the past 14 days | |||
Those suspected with COVID-19 Infection by a doctor | |||
Symptomatic Cases under Investigation | Those who have visited countries* with COVID-19 infected cases in the past 14 days | AND experience a fever (37.5℃) or respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat, breathing difficulties, etc.) | |
Those suspected with COVID-19 Infection by a doctor | |||
Self-Quarantine (under active surveillance) | Those who have visited Hubei Province, China, in the past 14 days; Those who have been in contact with confirmed patients | AND show no symptom; Required to self-quarantine for 2 weeks under monitoring of local public health divisions | |
Self-Isolation | Those who have visited China (including Hong Kong and Macau) in the past 14 days | AND show no symptom; Required to be suspended from entering the campus (excluded from class and work) and self-monitor themselves * Those who develop any suspected symptoms during the self-isolation period must immediately call the local community health center or 1339 KCDC call center. | Report to SNU Health Service Center |
