UWA (Online) Summer Down Under: Research Internship
Looking for an adventure this northern winter with opportunities to hone your research skills in a supportive environment? Perhaps thinking of doing a PhD in Australia but don’t know where to start? The Online Summer Down Under Research Internship with The University of Western Australia may be just what you’re looking for. This 8-week intensive online research training program (in Perth, WA) will run online from 18 Jan - 12 Mar 2021. Projectscover a range of exciting and diverse topics, and spots are limited.
UWA is ranked in the Top 100 of Universities around the world (#85 ARWU, #92 QS) and the only Perth university in the Group of Eight (Go8) network of research-led institutions. The UWA Summer Down Under Research Internship provides an opportunity for high performing international students considering a UWA postgraduate degree to get an “inside look” at UWA’s research specialties, meet andwork with a potential future supervisor and experience the richness of Australian culture. The tuition fee of AUD $3,000. Best of all, students who go on to enroll in a UWA higher degree by research program will have the full internship fee deducted from theircourse fees. The internship is worth 12 UWA credit points, 15 ECTS if you would like to credit back to your degree.
