University of Bristol : STEM Summer Research Projects 2020

 

The University of Bristol is delighted to offer an exciting new opportunity for your students in 2020. Our STEM research projects give students the opportunity to participate in cutting-edge research at a global top 50 institution (QS World University Rankings 2020).

Designed for high-achieving, upper year undergraduates, these projects offer students across the STEM disciplines unique, intensive research experiences that will help them develop their independent thinking, clinical and scientific inquiry and practical skills.

Upon successful completion, students will gain 20 University of Bristol credits, suggested as equivalent to 10 ECTS or 5-6 US semester credits.


These six-week projects enable you to gain independent, critical thinking skills as you participate in cutting-edge research across our world-class STEM facilities. Our social programme lets you explore Bristol and find out what it’s like to study and live in the UK.

 

What's on offer?

Research projects are available at Bristol Medical School, Bristol Dental School and the Department for Aerospace Engineering. Days spent working alongside our faculty and researchers are complemented by an exciting social programmes that includes 24-7 staff support, and an exciting range of social activities around Bristol and field trips to local attractions.

 

When?

Our research projects take place for six weeks, from 19 July to 29 August 2020.
