Starting from September 6th, 2024, we will only be signing the Faculty Confirmation Form(for visa extension) electronically.
We will not sign your form even if you visit the OIA office in person.
If you need the form to be signed by the OIA manager, please request the signature by sending the form to i-office@snu.ac.kr. (may take 1~2 business days)
Please note the form must be filled out and stamped/signed by your faculty advisor.

2024년 9월 6일 부로 체류기간연장을 위한 지도교수확인서의 서명을 전자서명으로만 진행합니다.
국제협력본부에 직접 방문하셔도 서명해드리지 않습니다.
유학생 담당자의 서명이 필요하신 경우 i-office@snu.ac.kr로 지도교수확인서를 보내주시면 서명해드립니다. (영업일 기준 1~2일 소요)
지도교수확인서 작성을 완료하시고 지도교수님의 서명/직인 날인을 받으신 후 보내주시기 바랍니다.
