2. 채용 개요

    * 수습 OJT(입문 교육) 
       입사 후 약 3개월간 서울 본사에서 OJT(신입 연수)를 진행하게 되며, 이 기간 동안 이카운트 ERP 시스템에 대한 전반적인 교육을 받게 됩니다.
       교육 내용에는 ERP 시스템의 기본 기능, 사용 방법, 고객 응대 프로세스, 매뉴얼 작성법, 영업 및 기술지원 방식 등이 포함됩니다.
     

3. 담당 업무

  • 현지 고객을 대상으로 ERP 영업, 교육, 고객지원 업무

  • 한국 본사와 커뮤니케이션 및 번역 업무

  • 현지법인 설립 지원 업무

 

4. 자격 요건

  • 우즈베키스탄 국적자

  • 한국어 사용 가능자 (업무, 일상생활 의사소통)

  • 학사 이상 학위 보유자 (즉시 근무 가능자 / 전공무관)
     

5. 우대사항

  • B2B영업 또는 ERP 업무 프로그램에 관심이 있는자

  • 우즈베키스탄 타슈켄트 거주 가능자  

 

6. 급여 조건

  • 서울 근무 : 월 9,000,000 UZS(기본) + 해외 체제비 일 60,000 KRW 

       ※ 9,000,000 UZS는 환율 기준 약 990,000 KRW 수준이며, 서울 체류 중에는 추가 체제비(일 60,000 KRW)가 별도로 지원됩니다.

  • 우즈베키스탄 근무  : 월 9,000,000 UZS(기본) + 팀장수당 월 4,000,000 UZS(팀장 진급 시) 
     

7. 근무시간

  • 09:00 ~ 18:00 / 월 ~ 금

2. Recruitment Overview

  • Position Title: ECOUNT Uzbekistan Branch – Local Employee Recruitment

  • Number of Positions: Open (No limit; recruitment will close once positions are filled)

  • Employment Type:

    • Probation Period: 3 months (based in Seoul)
      During the Seoul training period, visa and stay-related procedures will be supported by the HR & General Affairs Team.

    • Full-Time Position: After probation (based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan)

Work Locations:

  • Probation Period: ECOUNT Headquarters, Seoul, South Korea

  • Full-Time Placement: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Planned location of the local branch)

Onboarding Training (OJT):
After joining, a three-month onboarding training (OJT) will take place at the Seoul headquarters. This training will cover the ECOUNT ERP system, including its core functionalities, usage methods, customer service process, manual creation, sales techniques, and technical support protocols.

 

3. Responsibilities

  • ERP sales, training, and customer support for local clients

  • Communication and translation between local branch and the Korean headquarters

  • Support for the establishment of the Uzbekistan local office

 

4. Qualifications

  • Uzbekistani nationality

  • Proficiency in Korean (able to communicate in both work and daily life)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (applicants must be available to start immediately; any major is acceptable)

 

5. Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest or experience in B2B sales or ERP software

  • Willingness to reside in Tashkent, Uzbekistan

 

6. Compensation

  • Seoul-based Training Period:

    • KRW-equivalent of UZS 9,000,000/month (approx. KRW 990,000 based on current exchange rates)

    • Daily living allowance of KRW 60,000 during the Seoul stay

  • Tashkent Placement:

    • Base Salary: UZS 9,000,000/month

    • Team Leader Bonus: Additional UZS 4,000,000/month (upon promotion to Team Leader)

 

7. Working Hours
09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday
